Celina is a unique vessel turned from red oak, sourced from a fallen tree in Dresden.

"A very exceptional piece.

Not because of its beauty.
Not because of its colour.
But because it solved a mystery.

While working with this oak, certain parts of the wood kept darkening. I knew there had to be a hidden nail or wire inside, but piece after piece revealed nothing — until this final vessel. A single nail left a trace running through almost two metres of wood before it finally appeared right at the end. Getting it out was quite a challenge, but finding it was worth it.

That nail is now part of the story. It stayed — framed and celebrated. Whoever becomes the owner of Celina receives, along with the vessel, the framed nail: a small fragment of unknown history. Who put it there, and why? No answers, only room for imagination.
