Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most of our products are made to order as original, handcrafted pieces. Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you individually of the estimated production time. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
For selected products (in stock/dropship), production time does not apply and the shipment is dispatched within a shorter timeframe, indicated on the relevant product page.
Delivery within the Czech Republic
For smaller shipments, we plan to work with the carrier PPL. Standard shipping time once the parcel is handed over to the carrier is approx. 2–3 business days.
For bulkier shipments (e.g. furniture), we plan to use a specialized carrier for oversized shipments. Shipping time and further details will be confirmed individually.
Shipping cost depends on the size of the product and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery within the EU
We deliver to all European Union countries. Standard shipping time is approx. 5–10 business days. Shipping cost depends on the size of the product and destination country and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.
Damage in Transit
We recommend inspecting the shipment upon receipt from the carrier and, in case of visible damage to the packaging, requesting a damage report directly with the carrier. If you notice damage to the product only after unpacking, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and attach photo documentation.
