How long does it take to ship an order?

In-stock products are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.

For made-to-order products, the total delivery time consists of the production time plus the shipping time. The exact delivery time can always be found on the specific product page, in the description.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout based on the destination country.

Can I return the item?

For products that are not made to order or customized according to the customer's wishes, you as a consumer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or customized according to your requirements, as set out in Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.

For this reason, for every product on Pouf Pouf we always state whether it is made to order and whether withdrawal from the contract is possible.

What should I do if the item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving the item, and attach photos of the damage.
